Your suggestions for packing formula---i.e. not taking 'ready to serve' cans saved me a possible vacation disaster! And that's just the thanks for your help before we even left home! When we arrived in PV you were right there with all the items we requested. Baby Hudson slept great in his playpen, the stroller and exersaucer were fantastic! The diapers and wipes you purchased for us saved us the hassle of dragging 3 kids to the supermarket! We will definitely be in touch again when we return to PV.....hopefully next Christmas.....and hopefully only 1 toddler in diapers!!!"

"We had our first vacation with our 8 month daughter and we had more luggage than we could imagine. So Puerto Vallarta Vacation Baby helped us reduce our extra weight!! We rented a high chair, and we bought baby food and diapers!! What a great service!! When we arrived at the house we thought there was a portable crib, but it was not there - so I called Liz and she brought us a portable crib together with the things we previously asked for! Liz was SUPER on time and so kind to wait for my baby to finish eating when she picked up the high chair! When we came back home they refunded us the deposit INSTANTLY!!!
