We have had a great first year thanks to you, our customers, and look forward to providing you, once again, with all your equipment vacation needs when we reopen on 10 Sept. 2008.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel with at least two weeks notice, you will not be charged anything. If, however, the cancellation is within two weeks of your reservation you will be charged the full rental.
That being said, we do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability. Should you need to cancel your order please contact us via e-mail at info@puerto-vallarta-vacation-baby.com

Business hours are 8AM to 7PM CDT, Mon to Sat.
Closed Sundays (except for Deliveries & Pick Ups)
(Orders & Inquiries received after Business Hours will be processed the next business day.)
