Agent Booking Form

To process your Client's order please fill out the form below, with your client's information.

One booking form per family please.

We will invoice and receive your payments via Secure Pay Pal Invoicing.

Our pricing structure is set up on a weekly basis (7 calendar days). For vacations that are 8 or more days, all items will be charged on a prorated basis of the 1 week rental cost. We will always choose the option most cost effective and beneficial for our customers.

Each order is subject to a fully refundable security deposit. Security Deposits will be applied as follows.

Orders up to $100 will be charged $50, orders of $101 to $250 will be charged $75, and orders of $251 or more will be charged $100. Toy Packages are subject to an ADDITIONAL $25 deposit.

The Security Deposit will be credited back to you through Pay Pal upon return of the rental items (in good condition) to Puerto Vallarta Vacation Baby.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel with at least two weeks notice, you will not be charged anything. If, however, the cancellation is within two weeks of your reservation you will be charged the full rental.

That being said, we do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability. Should you need to cancel your order please contact us via e-mail at info@puerto-vallarta-vacation-baby.com
